Weekly Trail Runs

Location: UC Davis Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve

Trail: Blue Ridge Trail, i.e. the steeper trail that heads west from the trailhead. We usually run from Highway 128 up to the bench, take in the view/sunset, and run down. On summer nights the trail usually feels cooler than the valley as it is well shaded and receives a nice breeze from the lake.

Elevation: Usual route is 1086ft/330m, but less or (much) more encouraged!

Mileage: Usual route is 3.2miles/5.1km.

Time: Thursdays at 6pm, March 10-October 15 (when there's still enough light). We usually wait around 15 minutes or so and head out together.

Parking: The address is 21963 CA-128, Winters, CA 95694, please park in the upper parking lot (the big one not in front of the trailhead), on weeknights there is usually plenty of space.

Every Thursday, join us for a run that crosses Napa, Solano, and Yolo counties! All are welcome, whether you're a seasoned trail runner, hiker, or just starting out. Afterwards we usually head to a brewery (often Berryessa Brewing) for some refreshments and food. Please consider making a donation to either UC Davis or Tuleyome for continued use and upkeep of the Stebbins trails.
